Conflict Warning: When extreme emotions are detected, AI will force stop judgment and provide cooling suggestions
Violation Handling: Violating content will be rejected and will not deduct your usage quota

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Google AdMob

Service Provider: Google LLC
Information Collected:
- Advertising Identifier (IDFA/IDFV)
- Device information (for ad delivery)
- Ad interaction data
Purpose of Use: Display rewarded video ads

Your Rights:
- You can turn off ad tracking in iOS Settings
- After turning off tracking, you can still use the app, but ads may be less personalized

5.2 Google Gemini API (via Private Gateway)

Service Provider: Google LLC (accessed through our private gateway)

- Text content you input (only for AI analysis)
- Photos you upload (compressed, only for AI analysis)
Purpose of Use: Provide AI analysis and judgment features
Data Processing:
- Data is sent to our private gateway through encrypted connections
- Gateway forwards to Google Gemini API for analysis
- We do NOT store content sent to AI

Important Note: We access Google Gemini API through a private gateway and do not directly connect to Google services. The gateway performs content filtering and security checks.

6. Your Rights

You can view all saved case records in the app at any time.

Delete Individual Cases: Delete specific case records in the app's "Archive" page
Delete All Data: Uninstalling the app will delete all local data

6.3 Ad Tracking Control

iOS Settings: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
After turning off "Allow Apps to Request to Track", the app will not request tracking permission
Even with tracking off, you can still use all features of the app

Uninstall the app

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
