Welcome to WhoWins (包大人) ("the App"). We are committed to safeguarding personal privacy through minimal data collection and on-device sandbox storage.
2. Data Collection & Processing
2.1 Case Text Inputs
- Data Handled: Dispute statements, character tags (e.g. Plaintiff, Defendant), and arguments you enter.
- Processing: Transmitted via secure TLS API to Google Gemini solely to generate the humor-infused verdict and responsibility calculation.
- Storage: Case archives and win rates are saved only locally on your device. We do not maintain any centralized user database.
2.2 Photographic Evidence
- Photos Uploaded: Up to 3 photos per case (e.g., messy kitchen, unmade bed).
- Ephemeral Usage: Photos are analyzed ephemerally for environmental micro-details and are never stored on our external servers.
3. Advertising & ATT Compliance
The App integrates Google AdMob to display advertising.
- AdMob complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may opt out of personalized tracking via iOS prompt or system settings.
- We publish digital seller transparency records at app-ads.txt.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You may clear individual cases or wipe the entire dispute archive at any time from the app's Archive tab. Deleting the application removes all local data permanently.
