1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WhoWins ("the App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

2. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
You must have the consent of any individual depicted in photos submitted for evidence.
The verdicts and suggested "penalties" are humorous suggestions only and must never be used to harass or coerce others.

3. Intellectual Property

All application code, UI design, Judge Bao caricatures, and branding elements are the exclusive intellectual property of the developer. Reverse engineering or unauthorized commercial reproduction is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable for interpersonal disputes, emotional reactions, or misunderstandings resulting from the use of AI verdicts. The App is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" basis.
